Check-in card
All guests must always have check-in card with them and it is valid for the indicated number of people. Each guest is obligated to present this coupon at the request of the camp staff. Your card is valid until the final day of your stay and we kindly ask you to return it to the reception staff at check-out.

Parking
Car parking for guests staying in mobile homes is provided in a separate parking lot to reduce car traffic during your vacation. Parking in front of the mobile homes is allowed for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which parking is mandatory in the parking spaces provided and marked on the camp plan for guests staying in mobile homes. Parking spaces are not numbered and you can park your car in any free parking space.

Air conditioning
Our mobile homes are equipped with sensors that turn off the air-conditioning when your window or door is open, so if you wish to have the air-conditioning on, please make sure they are closed. To turn on or switch off you air-conditioning, use the „ON/OFF“ button. Should you experience any problems with air-conditioning please call the reception desk on +385 51 588 390

In order to see the complete TV list please press the „Channel Guide“ icon on the home screen. If you are experiencing any problems with your TV reception, please contact our reception staff.

Grill
It is forbidden by law to light fires anywhere in the campsite, on the beach or any other areas. The area intended for barbecue is placed near the sanitary facilities and you can use it till 21:00. In the mobile home/parcel you are allowed to use only gas or electric grills.

Check out
Check out for guests who stayed at the camping pitches takes place no later than 12 p.m. and for guests in mobile homes no later than 10 a.m., unless otherwise specified by the offer. An extra day will be charged in the case of all check-outs carried out after the specified deadline, but without the right to use the accommodation.
We recommend you to pay your bill on the day prior to your departure in order to avoid unnecessary waiting. You can pay with cash or with following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, DINERS

Doctor
If you require any medical assistance, please contact our reception staff and they will immediately contact the doctor or ambulance. Doctor’s appointments and consultation costs are paid directly to the doctor.

Omišalj beach
The camp Omišalj’s beach with it’s natural beauty and accompanying fun activities meets all the criteria of a relaxing break on the beach and carries with pride a blue flag.This award is given by the association “Lijepa naša” to the most organized beaches in Croatia. High criteria and standards that the organization prescribes are all meat and the award is a proof that the beach of the Omišalj camp is indeed worthy to be called as one of the most beautiful beaches of the northern Adriatic. The Blue Flag symbol awarded to beaches is awarded in accordance with an international program for the protection of the marine and coastal environment.

We kindly ask you not to use the deckchairs from the mobile home/terrace as beach deckchairs, as they are only intended for use on the terrace of the mobile home.

The pool
For those who love to relax in the pool, there’s an outdoor pool right next to the beach and Maris restaurant. Next to the main pool, there is also a shallow pool for our youngest guests. While your kids are having fun at a shallow mini pool, you can enjoy on comfortable deck chairs by the pool. For your own comfort and safety, please observe the published rules and regulations for the pool area.

Fun & Entertainment
With our entertainment team, great fun awaits you almost every day – evening performances, themed family days, eco workshops and sports tournaments are just some of the many activities we have prepared for you. Entertainment activities are tailored for guests of all ages so everyone can find the ideal activity for themselves.
All information related to the entertainment program you can find at the information boards or at the camp reception.
NOTICE: The range of animation activities varies from low and high season.

Sport centre
We can’t imagine a camp without sporting facilities, so at our camp you can find something for yourself. Sports centre offers a wide variety of sports and recreational content so that you can enjoy your favourite sport for the whole summer – and FOR FREE, of course. Join our body & mind programme and do yoga, pilates or just get a good stretching with stretch & relax. We also offer rock climbing for our youngest guests. A multifunctional sports area, where you can show your abilities and play soccer, basketball or tennis, is located at the entrance to the camping ground, near the miniature golf course. Additionally, we have a padel court available for those who enjoy this increasingly popular sport, offering yet another option to stay active. If you prefer beach volleyball, we prepared a playing area near the sea. Sun, sea, beach and volleyball – all you need to have fun!

Miniature golf
Miniature golf is a game known to everyone. Almost everyone has taken a golf club at least once in their life and tried playing this popular game. A miniature golf course is available for quests at Omišalj camping ground, located at its entrance. If you haven’t tried it yet, this is your chance to try it out!

Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00*
At info centre you can find various information about the camp and the island of Krk. You can make reservations for one of our numerous excursions, buy postcards and washer/dryer tokens, etc.

Grocery shop
Working hours: 08:00 – 20:00*
New and modernly equipped, Omišalj market will supply you with all the products you may need during your vacation. Apart from basic nutritional products and fresh bakery delicacies, the market offer a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, unavoidable beach accessories, as well as products for your four-legged friends. Restaurant Maris
Working hours: 08:00 -23:00*
Restaurant Maris, a gastronomical oasis in a quiet and relaxed environment is located at the centre of the camping ground. It is an ideal place to spend the hot summer days or pleasant romantic evenings with delicious food and refreshing drinks. During the day, while you are enjoying the sun and sea, treat yourself to a light meal, and in the evenings, try the specialties and the rich selection of wines. Revive all your senses with the various dishes made in our kitchen!

The relaxing location, modern design and friendly staff are the recipe for a pleasant relaxation after dinner. Our bartenders will take you to the magical world of cocktails of different colours, aromas and flavours. A cocktail in your hand and a view to the sea – a perfect start of every vacation!

In our mini ZOO you can find all kinds of animals including sheeps, donkeys, domestic ducks, goats, horses and ponies. All of our animals are here to bring you joy and in any time you can look for the farm workers who can tell you a lot of interesting stories about the animals. For less than 3 km drive from the campsite Omišalj, there is a shop where you can find everything for your summer activities at great prices, such as equipment for water sports, sailing, camping and glamping. For guests of the campsite Omišalj, we grant a 10% discount on the entire camping range and a 10% discount on the selected nautical program.

General house rules

1. Only guests checked in at the reception can stay in the camp while minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For every unregistered guest and all unregistered services, a fee of 200,00 € is payable for the damage caused to the campsite and danger caused to other guests. The failure to register one or more items shall be deemed sufficient reason for termination of stay.
2. The reception reserves the right to refuse entry and to remove guests whose behaviour disturbs the peaceful and pleasant holidays of other guests.
3. It is strictly forbidden to spike nails into trees or to damage them in any way, carrying pebbles off of the beach, fencing the spot you are in or any type of construction work in your spot. Not following these rules will prevent you from continuing your stay in the camp.
4. Check in is from 12:00 for guests on the pitch, and from 17:00 for guests in mobile homes. Check out of guests from the pitch is to 12:00 and from mobile homes to 10:00. For checking-out after that time, we will be forced to charge you for one more day of stay, although you won’t be able to use the accommodation unit.
5. Guests are asked to always carry a camp registration form with them and to show it at request of employees of the camp.
6. Persons who visit friends or families at the campsite must leave their vehicles on the entrance car park and must report to the campsite reception. Visitors are permitted for 2 hours from 08:00 to 21:00. If you stay in the camp for more than 2 hours, we will charge you a daily ticket according to the valid price list
7. Entrance with cars registered in the camp’s system will be possible only from 07:00 to 23:00.
8. Parking of personal vehicles for guests staying on the pitches is not allowed outside the accommodation units. Parking of personal vehicles for guests staying in mobile homes is provided in the common parking lot and parking personal vehicles in front of mobile homes is strictly prohibited.
9. Setting up of the tent is permitted from 08:00 to 21:00.
10. It is forbidden by law to light fires anywhere in the campsite, on the beach or any other areas. The area intended for barbecue is placed near the sanitary facilities and you can use it till 21:00. In the mobile home/parcel you are allowed to use only gas or electric grills.
11. Please be considerate to others and do not make excessive noise that could bother other guests, including the use of radios, television sets and musical instruments; complete peace and quiet period in the camp is required from 23:00 until 07:00. A quiet afternoon period is in effect from 13:00 until 15:00 each day. Not following these rules will prevent you from continuing your stay in the camp.
12. Maximum speed limit for the vehicles through the Camp is 20 km/h. Pedestrians in the camp have the right of way in respect to the vehicles.
13. Guests should take care of the tidiness of the space they are using. Please collect your trash in plastic bags and place these in the waste containers. Please leave the sanitary blocks you use as you would wish to find them, as a courtesy to your fellow holidaymakers.
14. Water is drinkable in all parts of the campsite. Water is valuable resource so please use it carefully.
15. The inventory of the mobile home will be checked on the day of your departure. You will be held financially responsible for any established damage or loss.
16. If you find forgotten/left items, please bring them immediately to the reception.
17. For connecting to or disconnecting from the electricity supply lines, please refer to the camp reception desk. The control of the wiring is done by the responsible camp employee. Faulty wiring will be disconnected from the electricity supply network of the camp.
18. You can deposit jewelry, money and other valuables at the reception with minimal fees.
19. Management will not be held liable for theft, accidents or damage to property or persons, nor will be held liable for damage caused by thunderstorms, hail, falling trees, illness, including that of plants, epidemics, fire, natural disasters, etc.
20. Calculation and payment of services used may be done at the date of departure or any other day till 20:30. However, we recommend you do it on the day prior to your departure in order to avoid unnecessary waiting.
21. It is not allowed washing dishes or clothes in areas not foreseen for such purposes.
22. Staying, gathering or spending the night on the beach after 23:00 o’clock is not allowed.
23. It is not allowed to wash cars or other vehicles on camp grounds..
24. Post arrives every day afternoon, except on Saturdays and Sundays, and may be picked up at reception.

    Guests who do not follow these house rules and guest whose behavior disturbs silence and other guests, are going to be denied campsite accommodation services.
